Canuck
Entered By: Mike McClintock
This is essentially just a Toronto substituting everything but the bourbon with more specific versions of the ingredients. The heavy cardamon flavor from the California Fernet and the cardamon bitters combined with the sweetness of the bourbon barrel aged maple syrup pull the drink far enough away from a Toronto that it gets it own name.
