The Italian Job, A Rum Cocktail

Created by Joseph Akhavan for the bar Mabel in Paris. I made this recipe with Lillet instead of Cocchi Americano. The bar Mabel used Smith and Cross rum but I used Appleton since it’s what I had. I think the higher proof Smith and Cross would play better with the recipe but any Jamaican rum works well.
Ingredients

0.75Ounce(s)Jamaica Rum

0.75Ounce(s)Aperol

0.75Ounce(s)Byrrh

0.75Ounce(s)Cocchi Americano

2Dash(es)Orange Bitters
Instructions

1 - Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir with bar spoon until cold.

2 - Strain into vessel.
