The Italian Job, A Rum Cocktail

Entered By: Mike McClintock
Created by Joseph Akhavan for the bar Mabel in Paris. I made this recipe with Lillet instead of Cocchi Americano. The bar Mabel used Smith and Cross rum but I used Appleton since it’s what I had. I think the higher proof Smith and Cross would play better with the recipe but any Jamaican rum works well.
